Fluidra Group Australia Pty Ltd (Fluidra) garandeert dat haar Producten vrij zijn van defecten in materialen en vakmanschap wanneer gebruikt in residentiële zwembaden. Deze uitdrukkelijke garantie is alleen van toepassing op diensten binnen Australië, Nieuw-Zeeland, Pacifische Eilanden, China, Thailand, Indonesië, Singapore, Vietnam en Maleisië voor producten gekocht binnen Australië, Nieuw-Zeeland, Pacifische Eilanden, China, Thailand, Indonesië, Singapore, Vietnam en Maleisië bij Geautoriseerde Dealers.
Voor de doeleinden van deze garantie betekent 'residentieel zwembad' een zwembad op een locatie met één woning. Producten geclassificeerd voor residentiële zwembadtoepassingen die worden gebruikt op andere locaties, inclusief (maar niet beperkt tot) hotels, zwemscholen, revalidatie- en therapiecentra, appartementengebouwen, rijtjeshuiscomplexen en andere locaties met meerdere woningen ("commerciële toepassingen"), worden over het algemeen gedurende aanzienlijk langere perioden gebruikt en zijn onderhevig aan meer slijtage dan Producten die worden gebruikt in residentiële zwembaden. Bijgevolg is voor alle residentiële zwembadproducten die op dergelijke commerciële locaties worden gebruikt de garantieperiode 1 jaar in plaats van de hierboven vermelde perioden. Fluidra kan echter, naar eigen goeddunken, overwegen de garantieperiode van 1 jaar te verlengen voor Zodiac-producten die op bepaalde locaties worden gebruikt vanwege daadwerkelijke gebruikspatronen. Een dergelijke verlenging is alleen bindend als Fluidra deze uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk geeft.

8. Purchasers should register their Products as soon as conveniently possible after purchase by registering onto MyFluidra portal at www.zodiac.com.au/warranty for Australia or at www.zodiac.co.nz/warranty for New Zealand. All other regions can register their Products by sending an email to the following email addresses: Thailand: info@fluidra.co.th; Indonesia: info@fluidra.co.id or for the rest of Asia and the Pacific Islands to info@fluidra.sg 9. Product registration must occur and proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice must be provided by the Purchaser prior to any warranty works being approved. Fluidra shall reserve the right to reject any warranty if no proof of purchase is provided. Where applicable, a serial number, installation date and name of installer is required as part of the warranty registration process.

The Purchaser must lodge a claim in order to obtain a case number for Australia through MyFluidra portal on www.zodiac.com.au/warranty or call Customer Service: 1300 763 021, for New Zealand, on www.zodiac.co.nz/warranty or call Customer Service: 0800 807 665. For Thailand, to lodge a warranty claim and obtain a case number, call Customer Service Telephone: +66 2 738 9420. For Indonesia, to lodge a warranty claim and obtain a case number, call Customer Service: +62 2 1769 7120. For other countries in Asia and the Pacific Islands, to lodge a claim and obtain a case number, call Singapore Customer Service: +65 6382 0130.11. Fluidra, as the case may be, reserves the right to determine, in relation to each warranty claim, whether the Product should be returned to the Authorised Dealer at the address where the Purchaser purchased the Product or whether warranty service will be provided in the field or repaired at an Zodiac workshop or at the premises of an authorized Zodiac warranty agent.12. Should warranty services be provided in field and upon assessment of the issue deemed to be non-warranty, any call out charge shall be at the cost to the Purchaser.13. Prior to returning the Product to Fluidra a warranty claim needs to be registered and approved. Products that are returned to Fluidra without approval may not be accepted and any return costs will be at the cost of the Purchaser.14. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to return any easily returnable product for repair or replacement to the nominated repair facility at their cost.
Australian Purchasers - Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.15. The benefits of this express warranty are in addition to other guarantees, rights and remedies Australian consumers have under the Australian Consumer Law.16. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.New Zealand Purchasers - Guarantees under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.17. The benefits of this express warranty are in addition to other guarantees, rights and remedies New Zealand consumers have under the Consumer Guarantees Act.18. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a failure of substantial character and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced and receive compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage if the goods fail to comply with a guarantee and the failure does not amount to a failure of substantial character.Purchasers in other Countries.19. The laws and regulations of other countries may confer on Purchasers in those countries’ additional rights and remedies. To the extent that they cannot be excluded or modified, Purchasers have the benefits of those rights and remedies in addition to the benefits of this express warranty. To the full extent that it is permissible to do so, those additional rights and remedies are excluded or modified so as to be consistent with Fluidra’s express warranty.VARIATIONS WITH WARRANTY STATEMENTS IN PRODUCT MANUALS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS ACCOMPANYING PRODUCTS20. If any statement in a Fluidra product manual or other document is inconsistent with the Fluidra Express Warranty and Guarantee as published on www.zodiac.com.au/warranty-information, the terms published on the website will supersede all prior versions.
